On April 9-10, 2016 RoboESL team will be in the Athens Science Festival together with students from Greek secondary schools of Athens; the students will share their RoboESL robotic constructions, key design ideas and thoughts with the visitors of the audience.
The Athens Science Festival is one of the biggest celebrations of science and technology in Greece. Over a week’s time, students and other visitors from the wider area of Athens take the opportunity to explore science in fun, innovative and interactive ways. At the same time researchers, teachers, distinguished scientists and artists give their best to communicate science and make it part of their audience’s everyday lives.
The Athens Science Festival is jointly organised by the educational organisation “Science Communication – SciCo”, the British Council, the Onassis Scholars’ Association, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub “INNOVATHENS”, the Technopolis City of Athens Industrial Gas Museum, and the General Secretariat for Research and Technology, in collaboration with a variety of academic, research and educational institutes.
